Audio System, Video Projection System, Systems Integration

In order for universities to attract students, they must offer something unique and inspirational.  When Charlie Price asked us to install the A/V system for the new PA school he wanted all of the equipment to be integrated in a way that the end users could push a button and a series of performance actions would take place.  For example… When the instructor wants to show a video, all he/she has to do is hit a button that simultaneously turns the DVD player on, turns the projector on, turns the audio system on and properly routes the audio and video signals.  For this application we used an FSR Room Navigator. 

 This unit is unique in the fact that, unlike products from Extron and Crestron, we can program this unit ourselves.  Other companies force you to pay to fly one of their own programmers in from another state and pay a ridiculous rate per day.  Having high profile customers like Campbell, we don’t want to put them in a situation were they have to wait if any problems come up.  Below is a picture of on of the lecture rooms utilizing the FSR system.  These rooms are also fitted with high performance compact One Systems speakers seen above the projectors and screens.  Seamless control and clean looking installations is what we do best!

In the pic below you might notice one of the four Shure MX202 microphones that capture the student responses for recording purposes.

Tri- Tronics also installed systems in several classrooms that integrated the school supplied Smart Boards with USB control.

One of the cool things about the Smart Board is that you can use a computer to wirelessly project the desktop image onto the smart board and use special markers to control the computer.  Here is a picture of Aaron and Mr. Price “working” with the Smart Board.
